We’re always looking for talented people who want to develop their skills, contribute ideas and be part of our continued growth.The RoleAs Finance Administrator, you’ll play an important part in the day-to-day running of our Finance function. From raising invoices and reconciling accounts to resolving customer queries and supporting credit control, you’ll help ensure our financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.Your responsibilities will include:• Setting up new customer accounts• Raising sales invoices and credit notes• Reconciling customer accounts• Running credit checks for new and existing customers• Completing daily credit checks for run sheets• Handling and resolving customer account queries• Managing the self-billing process for specific customers• Investigating and resolving account discrepancies• Assisting with credit control and the collection of outstanding third-party debt• Reviewing and issuing customer statements• Providing administrative support to the wider Finance team and businessWhat We’re Looking ForYou’ll be comfortable working with numbers, highly organised and able to manage a varied workload accurately.We’re looking for someone with:Strong organisational and numerical skillsAn analytical mindset and excellent attention to detailGood Excel skills – essentialPrevious experience working within a Finance teamAAT Level 3 – desirable, but not essentialSage 200 experience – beneficial, but not essentialInterested in joining us?If you’re looking for your next opportunity in Finance and think you’d be a great fit for Julian Bowen, we’d love to hear from you!Apply today and join the Julian Bowen team.#Hiring #FinanceJobs #FinanceAdministrator #AccountsJobs #Careers #JulianBowen
