You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and operational integrity across our payment flows.ResponsibilitiesP2P Business OperationsTimely release and manage P2P advertisingReview and approve P2P orders in accordance with internal SOPsEnsure smooth and accurate completion of P2P transactions between buyers and sellersSettlement & ExchangeResponsible for timely and accurate exchange of fiat currency to USDTMonitor exchange rates to ensure transactions comply with internal control requirementsMaintain accurate records of settlement transactions for audit and reporting purposesOrder Review & ComplianceReview and approve recharge and withdrawal applications per SOPIdentify and report any suspicious or unusual transactionsEnsure all transactions comply with company policies and relevant regulationsAccount & Fund ManagementMonitor account balances and transaction flow changes dailyEnsure reasonable allocation of funds across multiple accounts and maintain sufficient liquidityAssist in fund reconciliation and provide timely account change reportsRisk Monitoring & ReportingClosely monitor risk factors associated with trading and account activitiesReport potential issues to management in a timely manner and propose preventive measuresAssist in implementing risk control mechanisms within the operations teamSupport & CollaborationCollaborate with customer service and compliance teams to resolve transaction-related issuesProvide timely feedback and support to internal departmentsComplete ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by managementQualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related fieldRequired SkillsExperience in financial operations, cryptocurrency exchanges, or payment operations is preferredDetail-oriented with the ability to strictly follow SOP-driven workflowsStrong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and manage multiple accounts simultaneouslyProficient in Excel and financial systems; knowledge of blockchain/USDT is a plusHigh sense of confidentiality, responsibility, and risk awarenessStrong independent work ethic, team spirit, and communication skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in financial operations, cryptocurrency exchanges, or payment operations is preferredPay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary + commission structureTax-Free Income in DubaiRelocation assistance to DubaiExposure to global markets and multicultural teamsFast-paced and high-growth environmentCareer growth and international development opportunitiesComprehensive benefits packageEqual Opportunity StatementAt Cheezee Global, we are more than a company — we are a community of innovators shaping the future of crypto payments. 📩 Interested candidates may apply via LinkedIn.
