About the jobCMG Worldwide is hiring a full-time Finance & Accounting Associate for our Beverly Hills office. You'll see firsthand how financial operations support licensing deals, brand partnerships, and legacy management for globally iconic IP.Your ResponsibilitiesWork closely with senior leadership of the company to support the financial functions of the businessMaintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger accuracyPrepare royalty reports for high-profile clientsInform and support budget planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning Identify financial risks and opportunities to inform forecast and strategic decision-makingAssist in preparing financial reports and P&L statements for leadership reviewSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multi-entity structuresValidate cash activity against expected transactionsPrepare and send client invoices, and follow up on outstanding balancesTrack incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processingReconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerCoordinate with department leads to gather financial data and ensure accurate, timely reportingHelp identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and internal toolsMaintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial informationYour QualificationsBachelor's degree requiredAccounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferredPrior experience in finance, accounting, banking, consulting, or a related field (through a job, internship, or student organization, or campus involvement) is requiredStrong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial systemsProficiency in ExcelStrong analytical skillsFamiliarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plusInterest and familiarity with the entertainment industry are a plusHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsA proactive, self-starting approach - comfortable taking initiative and figuring things out independentlyDiscretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential financial informationYour BenefitsCompetitive salary based on prior experienceFlexible time offProtected WeekendsPremium health, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401(k) plan with employer match
