ManagerKey Responsibilities•⁠ ⁠Oversee daily multi-channel sales and payment reconciliations across Shopify, marketplaces, e-wallets, and bank accounts while monitoring weekly A/R, A/P, and cash position balances.•⁠ ⁠Manage weekly vendor payments, issue B2B Wholesale invoices, and supervise petty cash transactions and audits across all company locations.•⁠ ⁠Partner with external consultants on journaling, tax compliance/filings (PPn, PPh), bank reconciliations, and monthly/yearly financial reporting.•⁠ ⁠Perform physical versus system inventory reconciliations, investigate stock discrepancies, and track asset movements and depreciation across all store locations.•⁠ ⁠Calculate accurate product costing (COGS) and partner with production teams to monitor PO-to-delivery workflows.•⁠ ⁠Extract sales data to calculate monthly store incentive reports and assist leadership with sales projections and financial analysis.Job Requirements•⁠ ⁠Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance or Accounting with leadership experience in Retail, Fashion, or E-commerce.•⁠ ⁠Must have experience in Odoo (Odoo Manufacturing)•⁠ ⁠Strong proficiency in accounting software, Shopify, payment gateways, and BCA Internet Banking.•⁠ ⁠In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPn, PPh) and financial reporting standards.•⁠ ⁠Hands-on expertise in multi-channel sales reconciliation, inventory control, and COGS calculations.•⁠ ⁠Exceptional analytical skills, advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, and high attention to detail.•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively across internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
