Grounded in science and designed for everyday life, VIWELL focuses on creating healthier people, stronger organizations, and lasting positive change.About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee the day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the business. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong knowledge of UAE financial and regulatory requirements.This is a great opportunity for an experienced finance professional who is looking to take ownership of the full accounting cycle while working closely with management on financial reporting, controls and business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations and month-end closing.Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, financial reports and cash-flow statements.Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets and financial performance.Ensure timely preparation of VAT returns and compliance with UAE tax and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with external auditors, banks, suppliers and other relevant stakeholders.Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.Review financial transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.Provide management with relevant financial insights and recommendations.Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and operational efficiency.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and company information.Support other finance-related projects and requirements as needed.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.3–6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably within the UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE accounting, VAT and compliance requirements.Experience managing the full accounting cycle.Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems.Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Fluent Arabic and English communication skills will be highly advantageous.Strong understanding of the local business environment and ability to communicate effectively with local authorities, banks and business stakeholders.Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
