Finance & Accounting Officer

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and ready to grow with us.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!If you have a background in Accounting or Finance and are ready for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesHandle the company's day-to-day financial and accounting activities.Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.Maintain records of salaries, attendance, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related matters.Record and monitor company income, expenses, payments, and transactions.Reconcile cash and bank transactions.Prepare regular financial reports for management.Manage invoices, receipts, reimbursements, and other financial documents.Monitor company expenses and assist with budgeting and expense control.Ensure financial records and documents are accurate, complete, and well-organized.Coordinate with HR regarding payroll and employee-related financial matters.Communicate directly with management regarding financial matters, including in English.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Able to communicate with management in English, both verbally and in writing.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Previous experience in accounting, finance, payroll, or financial administration is a plus.Good understanding of basic accounting principles.Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good organizational and problem-solving skills.Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.Willing to work on-site in Bandung.SalaryProbation: Rp4,000,000/monthOfficial: Rp4,500,000/monthSend your CV to hr.nexvsion@gmail.com and let's have a chat!
