The successful candidates will support the design of a Finance Target Operating Model for a public-sector organization.This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong reporting, budgeting, and planning experience who can confidently prepare and present high-quality outputs to senior stakeholders.Key responsibilities:Support finance and accounting workstreams within a broader transformation projectReview existing finance processes and contribute to future-state operating model recommendationsAssist with budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and management reportingAnalyze financial data and translate findings into clear recommendationsPrepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations, reports, and client deliverablesWork closely with stakeholders to understand operational and financial requirementsHelp identify opportunities to improve finance processes, governance, and reportingPresent findings and recommendations to client and management teamsRequirements:At least 3 years of relevant finance and accounting experienceExperience within the public sector or government environment is strongly preferredStrong knowledge of finance and accounting principlesGood understanding of budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and finance processesStrong PowerPoint and presentation-development skillsAbility to produce clear, professional, client-ready presentationsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesGood communication and client-facing skillsProfessional fluency in Arabic and EnglishCMA, CPA, CFA, MBA, or another relevant professional qualification is preferredCurrently based in Qatar with valid residency/QIDAvailable to work onsite in Doha
