Finance & Accounting Staff

Job DescriptionPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standardsEnsure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processesSupport external audit processes and liaise with external auditorsMaintain proper accounting documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsCoordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reportingPerform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by managementJob RequirementBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance and AccountingPrior experience in mining, natural resources, or related industries is preferredStrong knowledge of accounting controls, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processesStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilityAbility to work independently and supervise team members when requiredGood communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
