🚨 WE’RE HIRING | FINANCE & ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVEWe’re looking for someone who doesn’t just maintain accounts.We’re looking for someone who can bring structure to the numbers, keep the books clean, spot what doesn’t add up, and take ownership of the finance function.📍 Bengaluru💼 Finance & Accounts Executive🎯 0-2 years of experienceYou’ll work closely with the founders and independently manage finance & accounting operations across two growing businesses:• Avocado & Brownies• Hadi ArchitectsWHAT YOU’LL OWN 👇📊 Accounting & Books• Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping• Ledgers, journal entries and monthly closing• Accurate and organised financial records💰 Payables & Receivables• Vendor payables and customer receivables• Invoicing, payments and collections• Ageing reports and outstanding follow-ups🧾 Compliance• GST and TDS-related accounting• Documentation and compliance coordination• Working with external CA/tax consultants🏦 Banking & Cash Flow• Bank reconciliation• Cash and bank position tracking• Upcoming payments and collections• Cash-flow visibility📈 MIS & Reporting• Monthly P&L• Financial summaries• Expense tracking• Payables/receivables ageing• Founder-level MIS and financial insights👥 People & Expenses• Payroll coordination• Employee reimbursements• Expense documentation and verification💻 Systems• Zoho Books• Excel / Google Sheets• Improving finance processes and building better tracking systemsWHO WE’RE LOOKING FORSomeone who:→ Understands accounting beyond just data entry.→ Is comfortable owning the numbers end-to-end.→ Has strong GST & TDS knowledge.→ Can work independently without constant follow-ups.→ Has an eye for discrepancies and financial risks.→ Is comfortable working directly with founders.→ Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.This is a role for someone who wants to build the finance function, not simply occupy a seat in the accounts department.If you’re the person who enjoys turning messy numbers into clean systems, we’d love to hear from you.📩 Interested?
