Finance & Accounts Head

Position: Finance & Accounts HeadThis is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the organization's financial planning, accounting operations, compliance, taxation, treasury, MIS, audits, and overall financial governance while partnering closely with the management team to support business growth.Ideal Candidate Profile:Strong leadership experience in Finance & Accounts.Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or EPC companies is highly preferred.Hands-on exposure to financial planning, budgeting, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, cash flow management, and MIS reporting.Ability to lead finance operations and support strategic business decisions.
