Our team manages complex multi-location plant operations, ensuring robust financial compliance, strong internal controls and end-to-end accounting accuracy to support sustainable business expansion.Role:The Finance & Accounts Intern role is a hands-on operational finance position designed to provide real-world manufacturing exposure. This role is responsible for supporting daily plant-level accounting operations, bank reconciliations, tax compliance (GST & TDS) and assisting in monthly financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Accounting & Daily OperationsSupport day-to-day accounting entries and transaction processing in Tally.Assist with purchase bill booking, document verification and basic sales billing verification.Help maintain petty cash logs and ensure supporting physical vouchers are filed accurately.2. Reconciliations & ComplianceAssist in performing periodic bank statement reconciliations to align ledger records.Support the preparation and initial checking of GST and TDS accounting entries.Assist the finance team in matching vendor ledgers and performing basic GSTR-2A vs. Tally reconciliations.3. Financial Reporting & AnalysisAssist the core team in compiling monthly MIS reports.Support plant-level finance operations across multiple manufacturing units.Maintain structured financial documentation, audit trails and periodic MIS reports.Key Stakeholders:Internal & External Finance & Accounts Team, Plant Operations, Procurement & Supply Chain Vendors, Auditors, Banking PartnersQualification:Full-time B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related financial disciplines.Open to final-year students and recent fresh graduates.Experience & Skills:Basic understanding of accounting principles, debit/credit entries and financial statements.Hands-on practical knowledge or familiarity with Tally and MS Excel.Strong analytical acumen, numerical accuracy and high attention to detail.Core Attributes:High eagerness to learn, take complete ownership and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Why SVRE Groups:At SVRE Groups, we bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world execution.
