Finance & Accounts Manager

GRQ Holdings is looking for a sharp, highly organized Finance & Accounts Manager to take ownership of our financial operations and help build a proper finance structure across the group.This is not just a bookkeeping position. We need someone who can build systems, control cash flow, understand the numbers, identify financial leaks, and give management a clear picture of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the company's finance and accounting structure
• Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily P&L and financial reports
• Track revenue, expenses, profit margins, and cash flow
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, COD collections, and supplier payments
• Track accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Monitor operational expenses, payroll, advertising spend, logistics costs, and product costs
• Build financial dashboards and management reports
• Analyze profitability by store, department, product, and channel
• Identify unnecessary spending, financial leaks, and cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
• Coordinate VAT, corporate tax, and UAE financial compliance requirements
• Implement approval processes and stronger internal financial controls
• Work directly with management on financial decisions and business planning
• Help establish SOPs and scalable finance processes as the company growsWhat We’re Looking For:
• Strong accounting and finance background
• Experience managing finances for a growing business
• Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, budgeting, and reconciliation
• Ability to build financial systems and dashboards from scratch
• High attention to detail and strong accountability
• Comfortable working with large volumes of transactions and multiple business units
• UAE accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax knowledge is highly preferred
• E-commerce experience is a major advantage
