Founder-led, growth-focused, and built on ownership and agility (muunhome.com).The RoleWe need a hands-on Finance & Accounts Manager to own our financial operations from books to compliance to marketplace reconciliations while working directly with the founder on business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, bank reconciliations, and monthly/year-end financial closing.Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow reports, profitability analysis, and management dashboards.Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations, including filing of returns and reconciliations.Handle accounting and reconciliations across D2C and marketplace channels such as Shopify, Amazon, Nykaa, Tata CLiQ, and payment gateways.Monitor inventory accounting, returns, vendor settlements, platform deductions, commission structures, and revenue recognition.Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities during audits and statutory assessments.Develop and strengthen accounting processes, SOPs, internal controls, and financial reporting systems.Support budgeting, forecasting, working capital planning, and cash flow management.Partner with operations, supply chain, and business teams to improve financial accuracy and operational efficiency.Provide financial insights and recommendations directly to the founder to support strategic business decisions.RequirementsB.Com/Finance degree; CA Inter or MBA (Finance) preferred4–5 years in a D2C, consumer brand, or e-commerce companyStrong grip on marketplace accounting & reconciliationsProficient in Tally Prime/Zoho Books + Advanced ExcelSolid knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDSWhy JoinDirect founder access, real ownership of finance function, competitive pay + performance incentives, entrepreneurial environment.To ApplySend resume + brief intro to hr@ieraliving.comSubject: Application – Finance & Accounts Manager (Muun Home)
