Finance & Accounts Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, month-end/year-end closing, and financial reporting.Handle treasury, cash flow, VAT, and UAE tax compliance while coordinating with external auditors and tax consultants.Prepare financial statements and management reports.Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance reporting.Improve finance processes, internal controls, and finance system efficiency.Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and IFRS.Provide financial support for business and management decisions.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience.Strong experience in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial reporting.Good knowledge of UAE VAT, tax regulations, and IFRS.Experience with Chinese multinational companies is an advantage.Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Able to work independently and build a long-term career in the UAE.
