- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely recording of all financialtransactions.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoices, payments and receipts.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Monitor receivables and follow up on collections.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims.
- Maintain financial documentation and ensure proper filing for audit purposes.Administration
- Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships and procurement of administrative materials.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Maintain employee records and support HR.
- Manage contracts, licenses, insurance policies, and other administrative documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Support management with reports, presentations, and administrative projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate efficient business operations.
- Perform other finance and administrative duties assigned by management.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to support leadership, manage calendars, and handle confidential information.Candidates should possess solid General Administration capabilities, including office coordination, document management, and basic HR or facilities support.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact professionally with colleagues, partners, and vendors.Proficiency in financial administration tasks, such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping, preferably using accounting software.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with common accounting software tools.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administration.Previous experience in a finance and administrative role, ideally within an IT or technology-focused organization in the UAE or GCC region, is an advantage.
