We are looking for a high-caliber Finance & Admin Manager who is ready to move beyond traditional accounting into a strategic leadership role.This isn't just about managing books; it’s about driving financial excellence and operational efficiency across a multi-disciplinary group of companies.Core MandateGroup Financial Oversight: Lead the end-to-end financial lifecycle for multiple subsidiaries, including complex consolidations, cash flow optimization, and strategic forecasting.Compliance & Tax Leadership: Act as the internal subject matter expert for UAE Corporate Tax and VAT, managing all filings and FTA interactions with precision.Treasury & Banking: Build and maintain high-value banking relationships, optimizing our financing facilities and working capital.Operational Excellence: Lead a dedicated team of two, overseeing payroll, financial controls, and administrative workflows.Audit Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors to ensure seamless annual group-wide audits.Your ProfileExperience: 5+ years of progressive finance experience within a Family Office or Group Holding environment.Sector Knowledge: Direct exposure to F&B, Trading, Interior Design, or Consultancy sectors is highly advantageous.Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics is a non-negotiable requirement.Regulatory Expert: Deep, practical understanding of current UAE tax laws and IFRS.Credentials: You hold a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, ACFO, CPA, or FMVA.Why Join Us?You will be joining at a pivotal time of growth.
