In this full-time role, you will be the administrative backbone of our local branch, splitting your responsibilities between local commercial bidding support and cross-border financial administration. You will work directly alongside our Business Development Architect and report directly to the corporate leadership team in Oman.Key Responsibilities1. Bid & Proposal Operations (Saudi Market Support):Platform Vetting: Actively log into and monitor the Etimad portal and private developer portals to track relevant architectural Requests for Proposals (RFPs).Tender Procurement: Handle the legal purchase of tender documents and track rigid submission deadlines.Localization Support: Assist the Business Development Architect by translating official Arabic government circulars, municipality codes, and client brief requirements into clear English.Proposal Assembly: Coordinate the compilation of commercial, legal, and administrative documents required for complete, compliant bid submissions.2. Financial Administration (KSA & Oman Support):Cross-Border Bookkeeping: Dedicate a portion of your weekly workflow to logging into our corporate Oman accounting system to reconcile bank statements, upload receipts, and cross-check supplier ledgers for headquarters.Local Petty Cash Management: Maintain and oversee the Riyadh office petty cash, verifying and scanning all local operational expense receipts.Tax Coordination: Act as the local point of contact for basic data compilation required by the Saudi Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).3. Office Representation & Internal Control:Client Relations: Answer incoming phone calls from Saudi clients and government entities, representing the firm professionally in the local dialect.Operational Transparency: Maintain direct, daily communication with the Oman headquarters regarding office attendance, project submission statuses, and administrative updates.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, English Translation, or a related field.Languages: Native fluency in spoken and written Arabic; strong professional proficiency in English is mandatory (as you will interface daily with our architect and other team members).Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and a willingness to learn corporate accounting software and the Saudi Etimad platform.Traits: High integrity, attention to detail, punctuality, and a strong sense of accountability.Salary & Benefits PackageTotal Fixed Package: SAR 6,500 per month (All-inclusive monthly bank transfer)Internal Salary Structure: 50% Basic Salary (SAR 3,250) + 35% Housing Allowance (SAR 2,275) + 15% Transportation Allowance (SAR 975)Additional Corporate Benefits:Full GOSI registration and compliancePremium private medical insurance coverage for Riyadh networks30 calendar days of paid annual vacation leaveDirect exposure to international multi million riyal architectural pipelines and cross border corporate finance
