I’m currently supporting my client with several openings within their Finance & Compliance team:1. Accounts Payable AssistantProcess supplier invoices and payment transactions accurately and on timeVerify invoices against purchase orders, GRNs and supporting documentsPerform AP reconciliations and monitor outstanding supplier balancesMaintain vendor master data and complete payment documentationWork closely with Procurement and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepanciesEnsure compliance with internal approval procedures, VAT and withholding tax requirements2. Bonded Zone AssistantManage day-to-day customs, import/export and bonded-zone related transactionsMonitor customs documentation, permits, approvals and regulatory requirementsTrack inventory movements in accordance with bonded-zone regulationsReconcile customs records against ERP and inventory recordsCoordinate with Customs, logistics providers and relevant authoritiesSupport customs audits, inspections and regulatory enquiries3. Transfer Pricing ExecutiveMonitor related-party transactions and intercompany arrangementsReview transfer pricing policies, transaction pricing and intercompany agreementsPrepare and maintain transfer pricing documentationSupport benchmarking exercises and transfer pricing analysisCoordinate with tax advisors, auditors and relevant authoritiesSupport tax audits and transfer pricing enquiries while keeping abreast of regulatory changesWhat We’re Looking ForDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business or a related disciplineRelevant experience within the respective function will be an advantageStrong attention to detail, analytical skills and stakeholder coordinationComfortable working in a structured and compliance-driven environment
