Finance & HR Supervisor

Company Description Lila Molino is a concept based in Alserkal Avenue, a leading arts and culture district in Dubai. Role Description The Finance & HR Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai at Alserkal Avenue. The person in this role will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, supervising bookkeeping activities, and ensuring accurate, timely financial records. Responsibilities include preparing monthly and annual financial statements, managing cash flow, monitoring budgets, and providing regular financial reports and insights to leadership. The Supervisor will develop and maintain internal controls, support audit and compliance requirements, and ensure adherence to relevant local regulations and standards. This role will also contribute to financial forecasting, cost analysis, and business planning, working closely with leadership to support sustainable growth and operational efficiency.The job also manages the basics of human resources for the company, in collaboration with the company's PRO - renewing visas, keeping employee documents updated, managing annual leave and PTO requests based on company calendars.QualificationsStrong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and use of accounting or ERP software.Experience with internal controls, compliance, and audit preparation in a corporate or SME environment.Ability to analyze financial data, generate clear insights, and present recommendations to non-finance stakeholders.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on working closely with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related fieldExperience working in the UAE or familiarity with local financial regulations and practices is preferred.Proactive mindset, integrity, and willingness to build and refine processes in a growing organization.
