Team members join a growing brand with opportunities to contribute to the development of the UAE’s automotive sector.Role Description The Finance & Insurance Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves preparing and reviewing finance and insurance documentation for vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The individual will coordinate with customers, banks, and insurance providers to structure financing options, secure approvals, and finalize insurance coverage. Daily responsibilities include explaining finance and insurance products to customers, assisting with applications, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, and supporting the dealership’s financial reporting needs. The role also includes monitoring payment schedules, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with sales and aftersales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong finance and accounting knowledge, including experience with Finance and Financial Statements.Candidates should possess solid Financial Reporting skills and familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) or similar local taxation standards.Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess customer creditworthiness, interpret financial data, and support informed decision-making.Relevant experience in automotive finance, banking, insurance, or dealership operations is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Ability to communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in using dealership management systems, finance platforms, and standard office software tools.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment and manage multiple cases and deadlines.Prefered Arabic Speaker
