By making the payments ecosystem more accessible, we are speeding up innovation and removing barriers that have held the industry back.We are seed-funded with a runway of over 2 years and are growing our team in Kochi, working closely with our US entity, Zimble Inc. This is a chance to join early and build the finance and operations function of a fintech startup from the ground up, with direct impact on how the company grows.Key Reponsibilties: Accounting, month-end close and monthly MIS, working with our Indian CA and US CPAFinancial projections, budgets and cash flowCompliance: GST (export under LUT), TDS, PF/ESI/PT, ROC filings, basic FEMA and transfer pricingPayroll, Form 16 and full and final settlementsContract tracking, basic HR policies and onboarding paperworkDetails:Location: Kochi, Kerala (on-site/hybrid)Salary: ₹6-10 LPA, depending on profileExperience: 5-8 yearsIdeal profileBCom, MCom, MBA or B.TechCA Inter or CMA Inter is a strong plusExperience at a CA firm in audit and complianceIn-house experience owning the books, payroll and reportingExposure to a services exporter or US-linked company preferredStrong Excel, clear written English, well organised and self-drivenGood to haveAn interest in market research and understanding the business (market sizing, competitors, opportunity areas)
