Finance & Procurement Officer (Temporary, 2 Months)Location: Dubai, UAE (on-site)Contract: Temporary, 2 monthsStart date: Mid-October 2026Reporting to: Head of FinanceSalary: AED 8,500 per monthAbout the RoleJAM Event Services is recruiting on behalf of a Dubai-based organisation for a Finance & Procurement Officer to join its finance team on a short-term contract.This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day finance operations and the full procurement cycle during a busy period. It suits a detail-focused finance professional who can start quickly and hit the ground running.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess daily financial transactions in the accounting system, ensuring accuracy, completeness and proper documentationSupport credit control, including accounts payable and receivable, follow-ups with clients, suppliers and partners, and preparing and reconciling paymentsAssist with e-invoicing implementation processes as requiredProcess employee expense claims, petty cash and corporate credit card transactions in line with company policySupport the full procurement cycle, including purchase order processing, vendor coordination and tracking of contracts and agreementsSource and procure indirect goods, services and suppliesMaintain procurement records and the vendor register, ensuring compliance with internal policiesSupport ad-hoc finance, procurement and wider group projectsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum 2 years' experience in finance, accounting, procurement or auditStrong MS Excel skills; experience with accounting systems is an advantageSolid understanding of accounting principles, financial controls and best practiceStrong analytical skills, good judgement and high attention to detailHighly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesProactive mindset with an interest in improving processesBased in the UAE and available to start mid-OctoberHow to ApplyApply via LinkedIn or send your CV to linkedin@jameventservices.com with the subject line "Finance & Procurement Officer – Dubai".
