Finance & Revenue Forecasting Intern

Location: HybridDuration: 3 MonthsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Revenue Forecasting Intern to support our finance team. This internship is ideal for someone interested in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, revenue forecasting, and business planning.You will gain hands-on experience working with financial data, monitoring business performance, assisting with forecasting models, and supporting day-to-day accounting and reporting activities.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting.Support the preparation and analysis of revenue forecasts and financial projections.Help track actual revenue and expenses against budgets and forecasts.Analyze financial and business data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.Assist with accounting tasks such as reconciliations, invoice tracking, expense monitoring, and data entry.Support the preparation of management reports and financial dashboards.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data consistency.Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to gather data for forecasting and planning.Assist in improving financial models, reporting processes, and forecasting accuracy.Perform ad hoc financial and analytical tasks as required.RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of basic accounting and financial principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.Interest in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QuickBooks, SQL, or ERP systems is a plus.What You'll GainPractical experience in finance, accounting, and revenue forecasting.Exposure to real-world financial reporting and business planning.Hands-on experience with financial models and data analysis.Mentorship and guidance from experienced finance professionals.Opportunity to develop skills relevant to careers in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and Business Finance.Preferred Skills: Excel | Financial Analysis | Accounting | Budgeting | Forecasting | Financial Modeling | Data Analysis | Power BI
