Apply & track with Apply EdgePosition Summary: The Finance & Supply Chain Head is responsible for overseeing the company's finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing partner management, warehousing, inventory control, and logistics operations teams.The role will ensure efficient financial management, strong internal controls, reliable product supply, optimized inventory levels, and cost-effective operations while supporting the growth of the Ladeena brand across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced manager who can build processes, manage external partners, and drive operational efficiency in a fast-growing consumer goods company.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & AccountingLead budgeting and forecasting processes.Prepare monthly management accounts and KPI reporting.Manage cash flow and working capital.Monitor profitability by channel and product category.Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury activities.Coordinate annual audits and statutory reporting.Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and IFRS.Procurement & Strategic SourcingManage procurement of packaging, raw materials, finished goods, marketing materials, and services.Negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers.Develop supplier scorecards and performance reviews.Improve payment terms and purchasing efficiencies.Implement procurement controls and approval processes.Manufacturing Partner ManagementManage relationships with contract manufacturers, OEMs, and ODM partners.Coordinate production planning and replenishment.Monitor manufacturing KPIs, service levels, quality, and costs.Support new product launches and production readiness.Negotiate manufacturing costs and annual pricing reviews.Develop backup supplier and manufacturing strategies to reduce risk.Supply Chain & Inventory ManagementDevelop demand planning and inventory forecasting processes.Maintain appropriate stock levels across all SKUs.Reduce stock-outs, excess inventory, and obsolete inventory.Monitor inventory turnover and working capital efficiency.Coordinate inventory planning with manufacturing partners and sales teams.Warehouse OperationsManage warehouse operations and third-party logistics providers.Ensure inventory accuracy and cycle count compliance.Improve warehouse productivity and order fulfillment performance.Develop warehouse SOPs and operational controls.Logistics & DistributionManage inbound and outbound logistics.Optimize transportation and delivery costs.Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.Monitor logistics provider performance.Support distributor, pharmacy, and retail channel replenishment requirements.Systems & Process ImprovementImprove ERP and reporting systems.Implement operational KPIs and dashboards.Drive automation and process efficiency initiatives.Establish standard operating procedures across all functions.Team LeadershipLead finance, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics personnel.Develop performance objectives and accountability frameworks.Support recruitment and capability building as the company scales.QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.Professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA, or Supply Chain certifications are advantageous.Experience3-5 years of relevant experience.Experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce sectors.Experience managing finance, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics functions.Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers.Strong ERP and financial systems experience.GCC experience preferred.
