Finance AnalystFinance Division – Planning Team | KFC & Pizza Hut SingaporeWe are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance Planning Team, supporting both KFC & Pizza Hut Singapore.This is a hands-on role supporting financial planning and analysis, P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting across both brands.You will work with financial and operational data to understand business performance, identify key drivers and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making.What You’ll DoAnalyse P&L performance across both brands, including sales, cost of sales, gross margin, operating expenses and profitabilityPerform variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periodsSupport budgeting, forecasting and rolling outlook processesAnalyse financial and operational data to identify key performance drivers, trends, risks and opportunitiesWork with business functions including Marketing, Operations and Real EstatePrepare management reports, financial analysis and performance decksWork with large and detailed datasets from multiple sources and dashboardsMaintain accurate financial models, trackers and reportsSupport Finance projects, process improvements and ad-hoc assignments as requiredWhat We’re Looking ForDegree in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, or Business with a major/specialisation in Accounting or FinanceStrong foundation in financial accounting2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, Management Reporting, Financial Analysis or related finance rolesStrong full P&L understanding is essentialAble to understand how accounting and operational activities impact financial resultsExperience or exposure to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis or financial planningAdvanced Excel proficiency is mandatory, with hands-on experience working with complex analysis and large datasetsExposure to SQL and PBCS / Hyperion would be advantageousExperience in FMCG, QSR, Retail or multi-site operations would be an advantageWhat Will Help You SucceedYou are analytical, numerically strong and highly attentive to detail.
