The firm’s approach targets both stabilized and distressed assets often capitalizing on shifting market cycles.ResponsibilitiesReview regional leasing and development submissionsPrepare consolidated leasing statistics and KPIs for senior management and public disclosuresPerform analyses of investments and its financial projectionsIdentify unusual or unexpected variancesPrepare operating environment and capital events for senior management and the board of directors to reviewMonitor near-term liquidity events for certain investmentsWork closely with regional FP&A teams to understand upcoming liquidity needsRequirementsBachelor’s degree required1-3 years of related experience within public accountingExperience understanding complex transactionsExperience in OneStream a plusCPA preferredSalary Range$90,000-$100,000
