The firm has over $10 billion in AUM and combines government-backed loan programs with private capital to support both stabilized and transitional properties.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulationsParticipate in the monthly close process including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliation, and financial reporting packagesProvide financial analysis and support for investment decisions and capital management initiativesConduct detailed analyses of financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvementReview and accurately capture a range of financial activities in accordance with GAAPRequirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance2-3 years of public/private accounting experienceExperience within financial services or real estate preferredStrong understanding of GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX complianceProficient in Excel and financial modelingSalary Range$100,000-$110,000
