This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving, international business, working across the UK and Western Europe.You'll get exposure to commercial performance, reporting, forecasting and business decision-making while developing your Excel, analytical and finance skills alongside an experienced team.What you'll be doingAs Finance Analyst - NWE, you'll support our Commercial Finance team with reporting, analysis and day-to-day finance activities across the region.You'll:Prepare weekly Net Sales reporting and support in-month sales tracking across the UK and IrelandPrepare Customer P&Ls and support Monthly Business ReviewsProduce sell-in vs sell-out reporting and support customer and promotional analysisSupport Gross-to-Net reporting, month-end accruals, budgets and forecastsMaintain marketing, OPEX and customer reporting trackersSupport New Product Development (NPD) reporting against budgets and forecastsBuild and improve standardised Excel reporting tools, models and templates across North West EuropeHelp ensure reporting is accurate, consistent and easy to use across different marketsWork with commercial and finance colleagues on ad-hoc analysis and data requestsIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate repetitive processes using Excel, Power BI and other toolsRequirementsWe're looking for someone who is analytical, curious and keen to build a career in commercial finance.You'll ideally have:A degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or another numerate disciplineStrong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and pivot tablesGood numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detailA proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learnStrong organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environmentConfidence working collaboratively and building relationships with stakeholdersFluent written and spoken EnglishAn interest in developing your knowledge of Power BI, TPM and other finance systemsRecent graduates are encouraged to apply.
