As a Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and compliance processes across the Asia Pacific region. What you'll do:As a Finance Analyst based in Singapore, you will be immersed in end-to-end forecasting and reporting activities that underpin strategic decision-making across the Asia Pacific region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve preparing insightful financial reports, conducting variance analyses, calculating product profitability, and submitting critical data into internal systems.Assist the Senior Manager, Controlling with monthly financial planning processes by coordinating with relevant stakeholders across departments.Prepare detailed monthly financial reports including business commentaries and variance analysis for review by management.Calculate SKU profitability accurately and ensure timely updates to relevant files for internal use.Submit financial data into the Internal Planning System and prepare comprehensive report packages for key meetings.Liaise regularly with the Global Finance Team on reporting instructions and forecasting assumptions to ensure alignment.Review coding of invoices prior to approval by authorised personnel, reconciling accounts receivable/payable efficiently.Highlight exposures on upcoming shipments by reviewing receivables reports and maintaining up-to-date records.Maintain and update the Marketing Tracker consistently to support business decision-making.Manage vendor master data within SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.Create purchase orders for fixed assets and manage all fixed assets for the APAC Office, supporting audit processes as required. What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Finance Analyst position brings proven academic credentials in finance or economics alongside practical experience handling complex Excel spreadsheets.
