About The CompanyOur client is a global alternative investment firm employing a multi-manager model, allocating capital across a broad array of independent teams with diverse strategies.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business units to develop financial models, scenario analyses, and forecasts supporting strategic initiatives including product expansion and growth opportunitiesParticipate in firm-wide FP&A projects identifying opportunities to enhance financial analysis, reporting processes, and business insightsCollaborate with business units to support financial planning, performance management, and firm-wide strategic initiativesPrepare and present monthly financial reporting packages and dashboards for senior management, highlighting financial performance, key variances, and business trendsAnalyze historical and projected revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators to identify trends, assess business performance, and improve forecast accuracyPlay an active role in the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes, partnering with business leaders to incorporate strategic priorities and financial objectivesConduct variance analysis of actual results against budget and forecast, providing insights into key drivers and recommending opportunities for improved financial performanceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required2-3 years of related experience in financial servicesAdvanced quantitative and project management skillsStrong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills including macros and VBA a plusSalary Range$90,000-$110,000
