They are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Finance Analyst / FP&A professional to help drive strategic decision-making, improve financial performance, and support the company's continued growth.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping the future of a high-growth business.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and support the budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.Build, maintain and improve complex financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making.Deliver meaningful financial analysis and performance reporting to senior stakeholders.Partner closely with teams across the business, acting as a trusted finance business partner.Drive automation initiatives and continuously improve financial planning, reporting and internal processes.Develop scalable reporting tools, dashboards and KPIs to enhance business performance.Support investment decisions, business cases and strategic projects through data-driven financial insights.Work cross-functionally to connect teams, improve collaboration and ensure alignment on financial objectives.Your ProfileExperience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Management Consulting or a similar analytical finance role.Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.Experience working in a fast-growing, scale-up or high-performance environment is highly desirable.Passion for automation, process optimisation and building scalable finance functions.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong commercial acumen.Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the business.A proactive, driven and entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to make an impact.Fluent English.📩 If you're interested in learning more, or know someone who could be a great fit, I'd love to hear from you.
