The role is primarily responsible for client invoicing for all approved supplier transactions in the system of record (Vendor Management System), Cash Application to AR as well as creating payment batches to pay suppliers, updating month end reporting, resolving client and supplier issues with the internal client sponsor, loading AR and AP transactions to the financial systems, performing aging reconciliations, escalating issues to management, and special projects, as assigned.Competencies: Adaptability, Analytical, Judgment, Written/Oral Communication, Problem Solving, Professionalism, Teamwork.Required Skills:Knowledge of:Microsoft Excel - Intermediate to AdvancedVlookup, SumIfs, Pivot tablesBilling and financial conceptsAbilities:Achieve hard weekly deadlinesResults orientedSummarize issues effectivelyHighlight risks/red flags quicklyMake timely, independent decisionsCash ApplicationReconciliationCommunicate consistently and effectivelyWilling to adjust work schedule to be more aligned with US hours during trainingRequired Experience:1-5 years of related analytical and problem-solving experienceRequired Education:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
