We are at a phase of deliberate, professional growth — building systems, people, and processes to match our ambition.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Finance & Accounts Manager role based at our Head Office in Tirupur. The Finance & Accounts Manager will own the financial function end-to-end — reporting directly to the Managing Director and leading a team comprising a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, and Accounts Team.The role covers the full spectrum of financial management: monthly P&L reporting, cash flow planning and working capital management, receivables and payables monitoring, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, ROC filings), audit coordination, banking relationships, fixed asset and inventory financial monitoring, and ERP financial systems oversight.Beyond day-to-day operations, this is a strategic finance role. The Finance & Accounts Manager will be a key partner to the MD — providing financial insights, projections, and decision support for the business. The role requires someone who can read a P&L, spot a working capital problem before it becomes a crisis, and present financial data in a way that drives management action — not just someone who closes books on time.The role works closely with the merchandising, commercial, and factory teams to track order-level costs, analyse margins, and ensure financial discipline across the business.QualificationsStrong command of financial accounting and reporting — general ledger, P&L, balance sheet, MIS, and management reporting to leadership.Hands-on experience with cash flow planning, working capital management, fund allocation, and credit control in a manufacturing or trading business.Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, ROC compliance, statutory filings, and audit coordination — with the ability to manage these independently with consultants and regulatory authorities.Proficiency in ERP financial modules and accounting software; strong MS Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.Experience coordinating with banks and financial institutions for working capital facilities, packing credit, and reconciliations.Ability to prepare and present financial reports — costing analysis, budget vs actuals, ageing analysis — for management decision-making.Strong attention to detail, high personal integrity, and the discipline to maintain financial controls and documentation standards.Ability to lead and develop a small finance team — setting goals, reviewing work, and building capability.Bachelor's degree or higher in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; MBA (Finance), M.Com, or CA Inter is an advantage.8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory finance role. Experience in apparel, textile, or manufacturing finance is preferred.
