Finance and Accounting Director

Finance & Accounting Director (Remote)Capital Trading Group, an international distributor of branded footwear and apparel, is looking for the person who will organize, analyze and optimize the company's money: past, present and future. This is a fully remote role.ResponsibilitiesPersonally keep the books up to date: entries, reconciliations, month-end close and P&L.Manage cash flow: supplier payments and customer collections (deposits and balances) across currencies.Build the budget and forecasts.Analyze and optimize margins, costs and cash timing.Deliver the monthly report to management: P&L, cash and forecast.Tax filing is not part of the role.RequirementsDegree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.Experience in both: keeping the books and building budgets and forecasts.Advanced Excel.Fluent Spanish and English.Preferred: import or distribution experience.To apply: tell us in a few lines about a P&L or forecast you built yourself and what decision it changed.
