🚨 WE’RE HIRING | FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER📍 Location: Sharjah, UAE💰 Salary: AED 32,000 per month🕗 Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners PreferredAl Ain Mills is looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead our accounting, financial reporting, manufacturing cost accounting, compliance, and financial planning activities.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & ReportingOversee general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and month/year-end closing.Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and applicable UAE regulations.Review journal entries, reconciliations, schedules, and financial reports.Manufacturing & Cost AccountingManage accounting for raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and wastage.Monitor standard costing, cost allocations, production variances, COGS, yield, and efficiency.Work closely with Production and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate costing.Budgeting & Performance AnalysisSupport annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.Analyze actual performance against budget and provide actionable variance analysis.Support pricing, margin, and profitability analysis.Compliance, Controls & AuditEnsure compliance with IFRS, VAT, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements.Maintain strong accounting policies and internal controls.Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.Oversee VAT filings and regulatory submissions.Cash Flow & Working CapitalMonitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and inventory.Drive initiatives to improve working capital and cash efficiency.Coordinate with banks and financial partners.Systems & Process ImprovementOversee finance modules in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of finance processes.Ensure data accuracy and strong system controls.Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead, mentor, and develop the accounting and reporting team.Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Provide management with accurate and timely financial insights.Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, regulatory authorities, banks, and other stakeholders.🎓 Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred.8–12 years of relevant accounting experience, including significant experience in manufacturing or FMCG.Experience in food manufacturing is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, inventory accounting, and manufacturing cost accounting.Strong financial analysis, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work under strict reporting deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.📩 How to ApplyImmediate joiners are strongly encouraged to apply.📱 WhatsApp: +971 55 592 1803📧 Email: hr9006@alainmills.comPlease mention “Finance & Accounting Manager – Sharjah” in your application.
