Location: Sharjah, UAESalary: AED 32,000/monthWorking Days: Monday–FridayWorking Hours: 8:00 AM–6:30 PMJoining: Immediate joiners preferredAl Ain Mills is looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial accounting, reporting, month-end and year-end closing.Manage GL, AP, AR, fixed assets and inventory accounting.Oversee manufacturing and cost accounting, including raw materials, WIP, finished goods, wastage, standard costing, variances and COGS.Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and profitability reviews.Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT and statutory requirements.Coordinate internal and external audits.Monitor cash flow and working capital.Oversee finance ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or equivalent.Lead, mentor and develop the finance and accounting team.Provide management with accurate and timely financial insights.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.Food manufacturing experience is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, inventory and manufacturing cost accounting.CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.Arabic speaking is mandatory.Ability to work effectively under strict reporting deadlines.Immediate availability is strongly preferred.How to ApplyEmail: hr9006@alainmills.comWhatsApp: +971 55 592 1803
