The company values trust, transparency, and long-term relationships, creating a professional environment focused on client success.Role Description The Finance and Accounts Executive will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking receivables and payables, assisting with budgeting, and supporting monthly and annual financial closing activities. The role will also involve generating basic financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.Qualifications Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting.Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations).Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong numerical aptitude.Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce.Prior experience in a finance or accounts role, preferably in a financial services or distribution environment.High level of integrity, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting.
