We are currently looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Finance & Accounts Manager** to join our dynamic team in South Delhi and help drive our financial operations to the next level.Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial health, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in E-commerce and Import/Export financial operations, with the ability to generate insightful MIS reports to guide strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities  Statutory Compliance & Taxation: Manage end-to-end calculation, payment, and timely filing of GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory taxes.  Accounting & Bookkeeping: Oversee daily accounting operations, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations using Zoho, Tally ERP/Prime and other financial software.  E-commerce Financials (Must-Have): Handle the complexities of E-commerce accounting, including payment gateway reconciliations, marketplace payouts (Shopify, Amazon, Nykaa, etc.), and platform-specific tax implications.  Import & Export Operations (Must-Have): Manage all financial documentation, compliance, forex transactions, and duty calculations related to international trade, imports, and exports.  MIS Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS (Management Information System) reports, cash flow statements, and P&L accounts to senior management.  Audit & Controls: Liaise with external auditors, ensure audit readiness, and implement robust internal financial controls.Qualifications & Skills  Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter / CMA / M.Com preferred).  Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the FMCG, beauty, or retail sectors.  Specialized Expertise: Demonstrated, hands-on experience handling E-commerce accounting and Import/Export financial compliance is **mandatory**.  Communication: Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively collaborate with internal teams, international vendors, and stakeholders.  Technical Skills: High proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP, advanced MS Excel, and modern accounting software.  Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a proactive problem-solving mindset and a passion for working in a fast-paced, sustainable business environment.What We Offer  A competitive salary package tailored to your experience and qualifications.  The opportunity to work with an award-winning, globally recognized B Corp brand.  A positive, inclusive, and purpose-driven work environment in South Delhi.  Opportunities for professional growth and leadership.How to ApplyIf you are a finance professional who aligns with our values and meets the required expertise, we would love to hear from you!
