Finance and Accounts Manager

Our platform helps wealth managers, banks, and financial institutions manage client portfolios, automate reporting, and improve advisor productivity.ROLE OVERVIEWWe're looking for a Finance & Accounts Manager to own the finance function end to end, from day-to-day accounting to audits to boardroom-ready insights. This is not a narrow, task-based role. You will be expected to manage compliance and reporting with the same rigor you bring to financial strategy and planning.RESPONSIBILITIESLead financial planning, budgeting and forecastingManage financial audits and coordinate with external auditors (minimum 4 years of experience in Statutory Audit required)Oversee day-to-day accounting on Tally and ZohoPrepare MIS reports and track key metrics: ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churnPrepare and review P&L, balance sheets and cash flow statementsConduct variance analysis to inform business decisionsManage vendor payments, working capital and cash flowEnsure compliance across Direct Tax, Indirect Tax (GST, TDS), Income Tax and ROC filingsCANDIDATE PROFILE5-10 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit and compliancePrior experience with a mid-sized CA firmMinimum 4 years of hands-on Statutory Audit experienceWorking knowledge of Tally and ZohoStrong understanding of direct and indirect tax, ROC compliance and accounting standardsSKILLS AND COMPETENCIESStrong command over compliance, accounting and financial reportingAbility to translate raw financial data into clear, actionable insightsComfortable owning outcomes across audit, tax and strategy, not just individual tasksStructured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple compliance deadlinesWHAT WE OFFEROwnership of the finance function end to end in a growing fintech companyDirect exposure to business strategy and decision-makingA collaborative team environment with room to grow as the company scales.
