Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant

Role Description This is a full-time, remote Reporter role focused on covering stories and producing content related to the cleaning industry, RCS services, and broader market trends. The Reporter will research and pitch story ideas, conduct interviews with internal team members and external stakeholders, and develop news articles, features, and multimedia content for digital channels. Daily tasks include gathering information from various sources, verifying facts, and writing clear, accurate, and engaging reports aligned with RCS’s brand voice and standards. The role also involves collaborating with operations and marketing teams to highlight case studies, customer success stories, and industry insights. The Reporter is expected to manage deadlines, maintain ethical reporting practices, and consistently deliver content that supports RCS’s reputation and growth.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Reporting and News Writing skills for researching, interviewing, and producing accurate, engaging stories.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills to convey complex information clearly and adapt tone for different audiences and formats.Candidates should possess Multimedia skills, including familiarity with digital publishing tools, basic photography or video, and social media content creation.Relevant experience in journalism, content creation, or industry reporting, ideally within services or B2B sectors.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple deadlines, and adhere to ethical and editorial standards.Strong research and fact-checking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Understanding of or interest in facilities, cleaning services, or related industries is an advantage.
