Role Description The Director role at OyeLabs is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow, responsible for leading strategic initiatives and overall business performance. The Director will oversee multiple product and delivery teams, set clear goals, and ensure projects across mobile, web, AI, and clone app development are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and executing growth strategies, managing client relationships, guiding product roadmaps, and aligning technology capabilities with market opportunities. The role involves mentoring senior team members, optimizing processes, managing budgets and resource allocation, and using data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Director will collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, expand solution offerings, and strengthen OyeLabs’ position in global markets.QualificationsStrong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.Background in software development, product management, or technology consulting, preferably in mobile, web, or AI solutions.Proven track record in strategic planning, business growth, and scaling technology products or services.Experience with digital product lifecycle management, from discovery and planning to launch and post-release optimization.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, manage expectations, and negotiate complex engagements.Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making skills, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.Familiarity with marketplace, on-demand, social, eCommerce, or creator-economy business models is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work
