The role will assist with processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. The position works closely with internal departments, vendors, and clients to support efficient financial operations and contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Accounts PayableProcess supplier invoices and ensure proper supporting documentation is obtained.Assist in preparing payment schedules and coordinating timely payments to vendors.
- Accounts ReceivablePrepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and collections.
- Financial Record KeepingMaintain and update accounting records and financial databases.Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and filed.
- Bank ReconciliationAssist in performing bank reconciliations and investigating discrepancies.Support the Finance team in monitoring cash flow activities.
- Payroll SupportAssist in preparing payroll-related data and coordinating with the Payroll team.Verify employee reimbursement claims and supporting documentation.
- Financial ReportingPrepare routine financial reports, reconciliations, and analysis as required.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Compliance & DocumentationEnsure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, contracts, and other financial documents.
- Administrative SupportAssist with audit requests and provide supporting financial documentation.Support the Finance Department with general administrative and coordination tasks.Experience, Qualifications & Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.UAE National (Emirati Talent).2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative functions (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is an advantage.
