قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجThe RoleReporting to the Head of Finance and the Finance Business Partner of Geely France, you will support the full reporting and budget management cycle. Your role combines the production of reliable data, support to operational teams in tracking their budgets, and continuous improvement of monitoring tools.The internship is built around a dual logic: contributing to recurring deliverables (reporting, month-end closings, budget tracking) while taking ownership of a data reliability and automation workstream.Your ResponsibilitiesFinancial reporting and month-end closingsContribute to the preparation of monthly reporting packages for local management and HQParticipate in the collection, consistency checking, and formatting of data from SAP and commercial systemsSupport the preparation of variance analyses (actual vs. budget vs. forecast), by cost nature and by departmentContribute to the monitoring of commitments, provisions, and accruals, in coordination with AccountingBudget tracking and support to operational teamsUpdate and improve the reliability of budget tracking files across departmentsTake part in budget review meetings with department heads: preparation of materials, tracking of commitments and remaining spendContribute to budget and forecast exercises: preparation of templates, consolidation of inputs, consistency checksFollow up on purchase requests and approvals within internal workflowsData automation and reliabilityContribute to the standardisation of tracking files: structure, built-in controls, source traceabilityHelp implement automated consistency checks across different data sourcesContribute to the development of management dashboardsAd hoc analysis and support to Finance projectsPerform ad hoc analyses at management's request: cost structure, product mix, margin, unit costsContribute to the preparation of presentation materials for internal committees and HQ reviewsTake part in cross-functional Finance initiatives: process improvement, system enhancements, strengthening of internal controlsYour ProfileMaster 1 or Master 2 student in Finance, Management Control, Accounting, Business School or Engineering SchoolAdvanced Excel skills: pivot tables, financial modelling, database handling, structuring of multi-tab filesFluent English is essential, both written and spoken: it is the working language with HQ and European teamsRigour and attention to detail: the ability to spot an inconsistency in a data set and trace it back to its sourceInitial exposure to SAP, Power BI, or another BI tool is an advantage
