Finance Associate

Role Description The Finance Associate role at CY Campus international is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the organization’s financial operations and reporting. The Finance Associate will assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining accurate records, and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. This role involves analyzing financial data, identifying variances, and providing insights to support budgeting and forecasting. The Finance Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, assist with audits, and help improve financial processes and controls. The position requires consistent communication with internal stakeholders to clarify financial information and support decision-making.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, support budgeting, and provide meaningful insights.Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial documentation and reports.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, present financial findings, and clarify financial information.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and accounting/ERP software; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Knowledge of basic accounting principles and familiarity with relevant financial regulations; prior experience in a finance or accounting role is an advantage.
