- Preparing payment vouchers, cheques, and processing fund transfers accurately and in accordance with company policies and financial controls.
- Entering payable invoices and vouchers into the accounting system and ensuring accurate maintenance of accounts payable balances and ledger records.
- Liaising with suppliers and other external stakeholders to facilitate smooth payment processing.
- Processing and converting Goods Received Note (GRN) values from USD to LKR using the relevant system.
- Supporting the preparation of tax-related documents by providing necessary information.
- Maintaining prepayment and accrual schedules to support accurate period-end adjustments and financial reporting.Applicant Profile
- Part qualified in CA/CIMA/ACCA or similar qualification.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity within a manufacturing environment with exposure to industry best practices in finance.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and effective communication skills in English.
