Finance BP Manager (Chinese national)

I. Job Responsibilities1. Reporting and Accounting SupportResponsible for managing the preparation and output of reports to ensure that the data truly reflects the business operation status. Conduct training on report rules for business departments and answer daily questions regarding profits and data2. Budget and Plan ManagementFormulate financial plans, establish a budget system, break down targets and organize their implementationMonitor budget implementation, conduct post-mortem reviews and rolling forecasts, and continuously optimize the budget model3. Business Analysis and Decision SupportConduct multi-dimensional business calculations and special analysis, and deliver actionable recommendationsMonitor key cost items and conduct special diagnosis of loss-making institutions/regions to generate analysis reportsProject cost entry, schedule and cash flow tracking and analysis4. Risk Warning and Cross-Departmental CollaborationEstablish an early warning mechanism for core financial indicators to identify operational and capital risks in a timely mannerDeeply align with frontline business operations, drive the implementation of financial systems and processes, and empower business teams II. Qualifications for the Position1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or other related fields

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of working experience in finance-related fields, with experience in Finance BP / operational analysis; at least 1 year of industry background in engineering / construction / equipment leasing2. Professional CompetenceFamiliar with engineering business scenarios, and capable of independently building financial calculation models adapted to the business. Proficient in Excel data modeling and visualization, skilled in PPT; those with mastery of tools such as SQL and Power BI are preferred3. Comprehensive QualityData-sensitive, logically rigorous, and capable of independently analyzing and solving problems. Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with the ability to implement solutions at the grassroots level. Strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand periodic work pressure, and proactive in carrying out work
