We are a human-centric environment, driven by the purpose of enhancing quality of life through our products.As a Finance Business Partner Assistant Manager, you will:Job DescriptionPartner with business and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.Monitor and analyze business performance, including revenue, cost, profitability, budget vs. actual, and key financial indicators.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while ensuring alignment with business objectives.Conduct variance analysis and financial modeling to identify business opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.Prepare and present financial reports, business reviews, and actionable recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and other functions to drive financial efficiency and support business growth.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.00.Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Business Partner roles.Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, P&L, and business performance management.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and OdooStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Retail, or E-commerce industry is highly preferred.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by our recruitment team.
