Project Objective – India–UAE Asset Investment PlatformOur objective is to establish a UAE-based investment and management structure capable of participating in distressed asset acquisitions, business restructuring, and secured investment opportunities in India.Through BLACKBULL's legal management network, we identify distressed businesses, properties, and financial assets potentially available at 30–40% discounts to independently assessed market values.The proposed business model involves acquiring eligible assets at negotiated discounts, completing legal and financial restructuring, and monetizing investments through resale, refinancing, or strategic portfolio exits.We are targeting potential commercial margins of USD 40–70 million over the next two years from the identified pipeline. These are management projections, not guaranteed returns.3. Capital Requirements & Partnership StructureOptional Equity Investment: USD 2 Million Against 4% EquityThe selected partner may participate through an optional USD 2 million capital contribution in exchange for 4% equity, subject to definitive agreements, valuation verification, and regulatory approvals.Equity participation may alternatively be negotiated against successfully arranged funding, realized transaction success fees, and measurable business contributions without an upfront capital commitment.Additional Funding Objective: USD 15 Million Credit FacilityThe Senior Business Partner will be responsible for helping arrange a USD 15 million revolving credit line or equivalent institutional funding facility to support recurring asset acquisitions, settlements, and portfolio management.The credit facility must be structured through legally authorized investment or lending channels with appropriate security, compliance, and repayment arrangements.4. Key Responsibilities1. Establish and operationalize BLACKBULL's UAE company and Dubai branch.2. Develop relationships with GCC family offices, banks, investment funds, and institutional lenders.3. Arrange equity capital, secured financing, and revolving credit facilities.4. Structure India–UAE investment transactions with qualified legal and tax advisers.5. Supervise distressed asset acquisition, due diligence, settlement, and monetization.6. Establish investment governance, escrow controls, financial reporting, and investor protection mechanisms.7. Build strategic investment partnerships across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.8. Develop sustainable revenue channels through asset management and transaction success fees.5. Cross-border investment and asset ownership must comply with applicable RBI, FEMA, foreign investment, and other regulatory requirements.7.
