On behalf of World famous ICT company - Huawei, we are looking for a Country Finance BP (Chinese Speaker) to join the team.

Job Description

As a Country Finance Business Partner (BP), you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end transaction flow at the country level, as well as conducting business performance analysis. English is the working language. Strong communication skills, a good understanding of business operations, and the ability to follow up and manage processes end to end are essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Finance- Understand the country's channel business models and various transaction scenarios.- Manage and monitor the full transaction cycle, from contract signing and shipment to delivery, invoicing, and payment collection.- Conduct channel business performance analysis and follow up on the settlement of customer incentives to improve transaction efficiency.2. Operational Assets Finance- Manage customer bank guarantees.- Coordinate regularly with customers' finance teams to monitor and ensure timely payment collection.3. Country Business Performance Analysis- Develop a solid understanding of the country's business operations.- Regularly review and analyze business performance data and provide actionable recommendations to support business decisions.

Requirements
