Finance Business Partner Specialist

I. Job Accountabilities:This position will prepare & enhance periodically management reports related to P&L performance, operation performance (Weekly Sales Report, Bi-weekly Category Report, Monthly Category Performance Report, …) as well as provide sharp and clear analysis on company’s performance for management’s decision. Be responsible for building model for financial analysis, supporting the design and execution of financial review and providing insight. Support direct manager for project analysis and implementation.Prepare the periodical management reports accurately and timely.Do analysis with clear and sharp explanation on any unusual fluctuation.Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.Increase productivity by working with IT team for automated reporting tools.Work closely with the other teams to ensure accurate data, reporting & decision support.Identify discrepancies and their root causes, including presentation of data to the management and relevant departments.Support to control site evaluation approval process.Project analysis and cost control.Perform other duties as assigned by line manager or above level. Job Requirements

Graduated in Degree or higher in Accounting/Finance (Qualified or member of professional body is a plus).Minimum 2-3 year working experience in Accounting/Auditing/Finance field.Good sense in controlling, business acumen and analytical skill.Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.Able to work long and irregular hours under high pressure and tight deadline.Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful with positive working attitude.Spoken and written English skills are essential.Good computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Knowing BI Tool such as Power BI is a must)Working Location: Mapletree Business Centre, No. 1060 Nguyen Van Linh Street, District 7, HCM.
